Structure: The device consists of an inner liner, jacket, insulation layer, outer sheath, reducer, mixing blade, thermometer, etc. 1. Inner liner: Made of stainless steel plate 304 material, with a polished surface. 2. Middle jacket: made of A3 steel plate or 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel plate, reinforced with a spiral device, with cold water flowing from bottom to top (without pressure) to achieve optimal heating and cooling. 3. Insulation group: It is made of stainless steel plates thrown into fish scale patterns, and the insulation layer is maintained at a certain temperature with polyurethane or glass wool to achieve insulation effect. 4. Reducer: Cycloid pinwheel planetary reducer, fixed on the bracket in the crossbeam, the reducer wheel output shaft is connected to the mixing blade, using a loose coupling for easy disassembly and cleaning. 5. Temperature gauge: Specification 00C~1000C, installed on the crossbeam, extending straight to the lowest medium position, so that the liquid material can indicate the temperature even at the lowest position, achieving the purpose of sterilization and aging. |
